The Kelp Hunter is a limited ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on July 18, 2025, alongside the third week of the Summer Festival (2025). It was obtainable through purchasing and opening a Kelp Raider Box for 13,000 Doubloons. It can now only be obtained through trading or opening any remaining Kelp Raider Boxes. There is a 10% chance of obtaining a Kelp Hunter from the Kelp Raider Box.

Neon Appearance
The Neon Kelp Hunter glows yellow on its face spots and bottom pincers, while the skull and crossbones design on its hat, bottom lining of its clothing, and part of the bandana covering its face glow white.
Mega Neon Appearance
The Mega Neon Kelp Hunter glows in the same areas as the Neon Kelp Hunter, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.

The Kelp Hunter was featured as an enemy in the Summer Festival (2025) minigame, Treasure Defense.
