The Kitty Bat is a limited legendary pet in Adopt Me! that was released on October 3, 2025, alongside the Halloween Event (2025). During the event, players were able to obtain it through using 10 to 20 Yarn Apples. It is now only obtainable through trading, as it left the game on November 3, 2025.

Taming Minigame
At the 17th and 47th minutes of every hour, Kitty Bats spawned in a taming area at the Playground for three minutes. When using a Yarn Apple to tame one, there was a skill check minigame. In the minigame there was a Yarn Apple sliding from left to right, and a Kitty Bat head in the middle. If the player managed to time their Yarn Apple throw accurately by landing on the head, they gained 10% taming progress. Missing the head resulted in them gaining 5% taming progress. Only one Yarn Apple could be used during each spawn period. Once the player reached 100% taming progress, they received a Kitty Bat.

Neon Appearance
The Neon Kitty Bat glows orange on its wing membranes, inner ears, whiskers, nose, fangs, claws, back feet, and on the tip of its tail. Its eyes glow light green.
Mega Neon Appearance
The Mega Neon Kitty Bat glows in the same areas as the Neon Kitty Bat, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
Trivia
Before January 23, 2026, the Mega Neon Kitty Bat's eyes did not cycle through the rainbow, and instead remained glowing light green. The Kitty Bat uses the Yarn Apple in one of its tricks.
