The Kelp Captain is a limited legendary pet in Adopt Me! that was released on July 18, 2025, alongside the third week of the Summer Festival (2025). It was obtainable through purchasing and opening a Kelp Raider Box for 13,000 Doubloons. It can now only be obtained through trading or opening any remaining Kelp Raider Boxes. There is a 2% chance of obtaining a Kelp Captain from the Kelp Raider Box.

Neon Appearance
The Neon Kelp Captain glows a green to cyan gradient on its head, while the upper pincers of its claws glow cyan and the lower pincers of its claws and its undershirt glow light blue.
Mega Neon Appearance
The Mega Neon Kelp Captain glows in the same areas as the Neon Kelp Captain, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
