The Malayan Tapir (formerly known as Malaysian Tapir) is a limited common pet in Adopt Me! that was released on March 2, 2023. As it is now unavailable, it can only be obtained through hatching any remaining Southeast Asia Eggs or through trading. Players have a 35% chance of hatching a common pet from a Southeast Asia Egg, but only an 11.67% chance of hatching a Malayan Tapir.

Appearance
The Malayan Tapir has a black body with a gray back part. It also has a black head with a trunk, and two ears with gray tips. It has four feet and two black eyes.
