The MFR Sandwich was a temporary common pet in Adopt Me! that was released on April 1, 2026, as part of the April Fools Update. It could have been obtained by talking to Sam in the School. It is now completely unobtainable, as it left the game and all players' inventories on April 2, 2026. The MFR Sandwich could not be traded or given away, and only one was given to each player. It had permanent 2x Bucks and XP active, and was Mega Neon, flyable, and rideable when received.

The MFR Sandwich was hinted at before it was added to the game. There is a hidden area in the Candy Cliffs that contains Sandwiches and spilled Age-Up Potions. The MFR Sandwich bears the same appearance as the Sandwich.
