The Tarantula is a limited rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on October 10, 2025, alongside the second week of the Halloween Event (2025). It could have been obtained through hatching a Basic Egg or Crystal Egg. It is now only obtainable through opening any remaining Spider Boxes or trading, as it left the game on November 7, 2025. There is a 33% chance of obtaining a Tarantula from the Spider Box.

Appearance
It has two beady black eyes and brown sharp fangs, while its body is beige. It has multiple autumn-orange stripes around its legs and dark brown padded feet. On its head till the top of its abdomen are multiple black stripes. It has multiple tufts of fur, most notably on its abdomen. In Arachnophobia mode, its feet become disconnected and it loses its fangs.

Neon appearance
The Neon Tarantula glows golden yellow on parts of its legs and fangs, the top of its body hair and head, and on its feet.
Mega Neon appearance
The Mega Neon Tarantula glows in the same areas as the Neon Tarantula, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
