The Toucan is an ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on March 20, 2020, as part of the Star Rewards update. It is obtainable by claiming it from the Star Rewards after reaching 400 stars on the first page. It is otherwise obtainable through hatching Admin Abuse Eggs, Basic Eggs for 400 Pet Releaser Tickets and Crystal Eggs for 4,000 Pet Releaser Tickets, or trading.
