It could have been purchased in the Springfest Shop for 800 Easter Eggs. As the event has ended, it can now only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The Flower Cart Stroller features two black wheels and a brown handle with a black grip connecting to a brown wooden wagon bed. Inside the wagon, there is bright green grass with an assortment of blue, yellow, pink, and white flowers.
How to use
This item can transport one pet or baby at a time and can be used to fulfill the 'ride' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
