Players could purchase it on the Lunar New Year stand for 800 Bucks. As the event has ended, the Palanquin Stroller is now only obtainable through trading.

Appearance
The Palanquin Stroller is a red open-ended box with yellow details and borders. There are two brown wooden sticks along the sides and two brown wheels. A green border can be seen above red hanging lanterns and windows.

This item can transport one pet or baby at a time and can be used to fulfill the 'ride' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
