It could have been purchased for 70 Bucks or 199 Bucks from Small or Big Gifts. As it is no longer in the current Gifts rotation, it can only be obtained through trading.

How to use
When interacted with, the Baseball Toy is thrown and the player's equipped pet will fetch it and bring it back. This item can be used to fulfill the 'catch' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
