It could be purchased for 70 Bucks or 199 Bucks from the Small or Big Gifts. It is no longer in the current Gifts rotation, and can now only be obtained through trading.

How to use
When interacted with, the Cactus Plushie Chew Toy is thrown and the player's equipped pet will fetch it. The pet holds the toy in its mouth until the player picks up the item. This item can be used to fulfill the 'catch' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
