The Fish on a Stick Chew Toy is a limited common toy in Adopt Me! that was released on August 22, 2025, as part of the 2025 Gift and Accessory Refresh Update. It could have been purchased for 70 Bucks or 199 Bucks from Small or Big Gifts. It can now only be obtained through trading, as it left the game on January 30, 2026 and is no longer part of the Gifts rotation.

How to use
When interacted with, the player throws the Fish on a Stick Chew Toy, and the player's equipped pet will fetch it. The pet holds it in its mouth until the player picks up the item. This item can be used to fulfill the 'catch' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
