It could have been obtained by opening Small, Big, or Massive Gifts, which cost 70 Bucks, 199 Bucks, or 499 Bucks, respectively. As the Banana Car is no longer part of the gifts rotation, it can only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The Banana Car is a giant banana-shaped vehicle with four brown and yellow seats, a black steering wheel, and four black and white wheels, all of which have a black dot in the center. It also has a minuscule windshield on the front.

This item can be used to fulfill the 'ride' ailment on pets. When specifically requested by a pet for this ailment, it provides a 3x Bucks and XP bonus.
