It could be purchased in the Winter Village for 14,000 Gingerbread. As the event has ended, it can now only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The Festive Wreath Cruiser features a green twin-bike similar to the Blue Rider, but with festive features including candy cane outlines, a wreath at the front, and peppermint-shaped rims.
