It could have been found in the Candy Castle and bought for 50,000 Gingerbread. As its event has ended, it can only be obtained through trading with other players.

Appearance
The Snowblower Tobbogan features a curved blue sled with yellow slats near the center. It has red reins near its front, a red snowblower at the back that emits a white trail, and small green details near the back.
