Noob Bear is the bear who runs the Noob Shop. Like other Shop Bears, his presence is not required to purchase from the shop, and players cannot interact with him.

This glitch has been mostly patched, so it occurs very rarely as of now.
This bear, Pro Bear, Top Bear, and Shadow Bear are the only bears without any significant purpose.
