The Lion Bee has the highest base attack stat in the game. Lion Bee is referred to by Panda Bear as "he", has a mane, and is called a king in its description. This makes Lion Bee the only confirmed male bee in the game. The Lion Bee is tied for the third-highest amount of base Energy in the game; it is only beaten by infinite stamina bees such as Photon Bee or Exhausted Bee, and is tied with Buoyant Bee. There is a gate dedicated to it, known as the Lion Bee Gate, the entrance to the 25 Bee Zone. It is located near Polar Bear. Lion Bee, Tadpole Bee, Tabby Bee, Puppy Bee, and Bear Bee are the only bees that are based on real-life animals that are not Bee Species.
