MobsBee Swarm Simulator

Overview[1]

An Ant is one of five mobs that is part of a family called Ants that are exclusively found in the Ant Challenge, past the Ant Gate. This is the first Ant Challenge mob that the player will encounter, appearing on the very first wave. Ants move in a fixed straight line and are the most generic ant. They are the most common ant and will always appear in the first few waves. They are the easiest ant to deal with due to how basic they are compared to the other ants. An ant's level can increase depending on what wave of the Ant Challenge the player is on. They can range from level 1 up to level 16.

Strategies

Ants move in predetermined straight lines and are quite slow. This enables to player to easily dodge any coming their way. Standing near the ant will allow your bees to quickly target the ant to quickly deal damage and defeat it. Ants will come out in groups and they could overwhelm the player if they are collecting pollen quickly to advance to the next waves. Vicious Bee and Windy Bee provide excellent crowd control with their Impale and Tornado abilities which could greatly help counter the large amounts of Regular Ants landing on the field. Digital Bee can also stun many ants at once and allow them to take extra damage via Mind Hack.

Trivia

The Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond Ant Amulets represent an ant. This is the only mob to have the same name as a group of mobs. They have the same health per level as Fire Ants. The ant was the first mob Onett made for the game. It was supposed to be a regular spawning mob, but Onett replaced them with Ladybugs because he wanted the ants to be more "ant-like" (works as a team).
