Overview[1]
Blooms are passive field-based entities that can spawn naturally on fields or be summoned using a. It first appeared in the 2025-12-25 update. They manifest as large flowers adorned with colored petals. The maximum amount of petals a bloom can contain scales with its level. Collecting petals from blooms gives the respective petal's buff, and honey equal to half of its original HP. Petals will give at least guaranteed 50 honey when collected, even if the bloom's health is under 100 pollen. When a bloom is first created, it has a 20-second timer and a set "base" petal colour, which will generally make up the majority of the bloom.
Levels
Blooms have multiple levels. Each time a bloom is defeated, it respawns at a higher level, similarly to how puffshrooms work. A bloom has different amounts of petals depending on its level. The number of petals a bloom can have is capped at 11, at level 20 or above. The formula below can be used to find the number of petals a bloom of any level below 20 will have. \lfloor (level \times 2) \div 5 \rfloor + 3 A bloom's health depends strongly with its level as well as the field it spawns in.
Petals
Once the required amount of pollen is collected within the bloom's radius, it explodes, releasing multiple petals that scatter around in arranged in a ring around its position. Collecting these petals grants a stack of petal buff and honey, with the amount scaling based on the bloom's level and field it's on. Its petals are randomized but have altered chances depending on the field. However, the Hub Field's petals have nearly equal chances as each other. Additionally, each petal provides a temporary boost corresponding to its color, working similarly to Jelly Bean boosts. These boosts can stack up to 100 times, with each individual stack lasting 10 seconds. Every stack grants at least +40% Unique Instant Conversion.
Patch history
The Merigold Petal is misspelled throughout the game. The correct spelling should be 'Marigold'. The Merigold Jelly Bean also has this issue. The "Festive Fetching Frolic" quest given by Bee Bear for Beesmas 2025 used the correct spelling prior to the 2026-01-16 update. Unique to others, Merigold, Scarlet, Violet and Periwinkle Petals have glitter-like particles when falling down. Category:Mobs Category:Passive Mobs
