A Sunflower Seed is a type of treat that can be fed to a Bee to raise its bond by 25. However, when fed to Basic, Bomber, Looker, Demo, Commander, Carpenter, Ninja, Vector, or Precise Bees, the amount of bond they gain is doubled, raising their bond by 50. These bees also have a small chance of becoming gifted when fed Sunflower Seeds, though this only happens with a 0.0125% (1 in 8,000) chance for Rare bees, 0.01% (1 in 10,000) chance for Epic bees, 0.0083% (1 in 12,000) chance for Common and Legendary bees, and 0.00417% (1 in 24,000) chance for Mythic bees per Sunflower Seed.

Ten sunflower seeds can be found inside the maze in the Pro Shop. As a reward from the Ant Challenge. Redeeming certain valid codes: 15MMembers (Gives 15x Sunflower Seed + other stuff). Spirit Bear gives Sunflower Seed on the following quest: Echoing Call gives 500x Sunflower Seed upon receiving quest. As a reward from Memory Matches. Adding the to the Sticker Stack rewards 50x Sunflower Seed. As a drop from certain Mobs: Werewolf Spider Stick Bug Stick Nymph Wild Windy Bee King Beetle Commando Chick Tunnel Bear Puffshroom As a drop from the following planters: (1,3,5, or 10).......... As a gift from Cub Buddy. As a drop in the Sunflower Field. Harvesting Leaves in Sunflower Field. Sparkles can drop Sunflower Seeds when harvested (higher chances in Sunflower Field). As a reward from Sprouts, except for Moon, Gummy, and Debug sprouts. Planting a sprout in the Sunflower Field yields 7x more Sunflower Seeds than other fields.
