Flying Ants are one of five mobs that is part of a family called ants that are exclusively found in the Ant Challenge, past the Ant Gate. This is one of the first Ant Challenge mobs that the player will encounter, capable of appearing on the very first wave. Despite being able to appear on the first wave, Flying Ants usually start appearing at around the second or third waves. Flying Ants are ants with wings and they will pursue the player. They have the ability to pounce on players from quite a distance are the fastest out of the five ant types. However, they also have low health, much lower than any other ant type.

Strategies
Due to their quick speed, the player will need to react more quickly in order to dodge Flying Ants trying to pounce them. Having bees that can produce Haste tokens can help the player gain more speed needed to maneuver around Flying Ants. Flying Ants occasionally spawn in waves which could overwhelm the player. Vicious Bee and Windy Bee provide excellent crowd control with their abilities which could greatly help counter the large amounts of Flying Ants landing on the field. Digital Bee can also stun many Flying Ants at once and allow them to take extra damage via Mind Hack.
Trivia
The Supreme Ant Amulet resembles a Flying Ant. Despite having "flying" in its name, it doesn't actually fly, but it simply jumps. Flying could mean to move quickly in this context since the Flying Ant moves quite fast. Category:Mobs Category:Ant Challenge
