The Feathered Visage can be dropped by defeating the Tyrant of the Skies. The exact drop chance is unknown, but it has a relatively high drop chance.

The Feathered Visage grants the user 25% faster run speed, 25% increased health regeneration, and 300 health.
Patch history
The Tyrant of the Skies wears the Feathered Visage, but does not receive the buffs of it. The Feathered Visage looks quite similar to the Valkyrie Helm. The small earrings have animations. Weirdly, has the longest description of any accessory.
