Obtainment
The Kitsune Ribbon is obtained from the Kitsune Island when offering 15 or more Azure Embers (Not guaranteed).
Buffs
The Kitsune Ribbon gives the user 10% defense against Blox Fruits, 15% increased Health regeneration, 30% more movement speed, +7 dash distance, 25% reduced Flash Step cooldown, and an additional +2500 Energy.
Trivia
Some Roblox avatars cause an error making the ribbon to move away from the player whilst using Buddha. This is the only accessory that decreases Flash Step ability's cooldown. This accessory is very useful for hybrid builds; when stats on melee are unneeded, the energy provided by this accessory is enough for the player to not worry about energy depletion.
