Notes

The player needs to kill Don Swan to upgrade any race to V3, and to also get to Third Sea. Don Swan respawns every 30 minutes, unlike all other bosses in the Second Sea, who instead spawns every 20 minutes (with the exception of Diamond, Orbitus and the Tide Keeper). To avoid confusion, Pink Coat is obtained through Swan, a First Sea boss located in the Prison, not Don Swan, which drops Swan Glasses. If the player goes to the mountain where Jeremy spawns and activates Instinct with enough exp, they will be able to see Don Swan's nametag if he is alive and vice versa. Don Swan has less health than a normal boss but makes up for it with his high damage, along with his second form and insanely high regeneration speed. Once Don Swan's health becomes low during his first form, he regenerates instantly to full HP and triggers his second form (he gains a purple effect around himself). If not damaged for some time, Don Swan will regenerate his health very quickly. It can be shown by a small white effect that happens around him once which means he has regenerated to max health. Don Swan uses a Spider ability every five seconds, and in his second form, it switches to two seconds instead of five.

Tips & Tricks

Don Swan's second form has a new ability which is the ability. The player should make sure to use Flash Step to dodge this highly damaging attack. Buddha is a great choice for defeating him, since the player can auto-click M1s, to stop him from regenerating. The player should always pay attention when fighting Don Swan, as his second form will be much more difficult. Don Swan regenerates very quickly, therefore, if the player dies, they should get back to him as quickly as possible, as when he regenerates, he goes back to Phase 1 (full health).

Patch history

The Ice Admiral mentions Don Swan (as Swan) in his dialogue being defeated by the player. (In order to access the Second Sea through the Military Detective's quest.) Don Swan is the only boss to have 2 in-game accessories equipped at once, those being the Pink Coat and Swan Glasses. Don Swan's room is right under Jeremy's spawn. Sometimes, a glitch occurs where the player gets teleported to the Café when they try to enter Don Swan's room. Don Swan, Longma, Saber Expert, Ice Admiral and Mob Leader are the only bosses that don't have a defeat Quest. The Fishman Lord, Rip_Return, Don Swan, and Beautiful Pirate are the only bosses with a second phase or more (rip_indra True Form also has a second phase, but is considered as a raid boss.) Don Swan is the only boss that gives the player a boat upon defeat, which is the Guardian. He once gave the Swan Ship, but as of Update 20, it was replaced by the Guardian instead. Don Swan does the most damage out of all the bosses in the Second Sea as his ability in its second form can deal up to 5,000 damage. Unlike normal bosses, the player needs to meet certain requirements to enter Don Swan's room. If the player uses the Flash Step to enter Don Swan's room without meeting certain requirements, the player will not be able to damage him, but they will be damaged by him. The player can use the Flash Step to exit his room too.
