Obtainment
The Cup is found inside of a red-doored house at Desert. By burning down a brown curtain inside the house with the torch, a secret room will be revealed, containing a poem and this item.
Usage
By standing under a certain dripping stalactite in Ability Teacher's cave with this item equipped, the cup can be filled with water. After this, the now-filled cup can be given to the Sick Man, in order to unlock Rich Man's quest.
Trivia
The cup looks similar to the God's Chalice but differs in that the God's Chalice's inside is brown.
