Location
The Sick Man is located inside a hut in the Frozen Village near the Sword Dealer of the East.
Purpose
The Sick Man plays a role in the Saber Expert Puzzle, as when the player receives the golden cup from the Desert, they should collect some water from the Ability Cave, and talk to him, he'll thank the player and ask them to meet his son, Rich Man, located at the Pirate Village.
