Leviathan Scales are dropped by the Leviathan, with an amount of per segment defeated. The Leviathan has three segments, so defeating all segments rewards (the head also drops scales but is not a segment). Completely defeating the Leviathan rewards a grand total of.

The player should not focus on only one segment, instead, if they are taking too long on a single segment, they should move on to other ones to ensure maximum Leviathan Scale drop.
Trivia
A total of is required to buy everything that requires Leviathan Scales (excluding the scrolls, as they can be crafted multiple times). In order to get the Leviathan scales, you have to do at least 10 percent of the damage to the Leviathan.
