Location
The Celestial Fisherman can be found in the Celestial Domain, on the left side of the Spirit Tree area.
Usage
The player can purchase Basic Bait from the Celestial Fisherman. If the player talks to him without having a Fishing Rod, he will provide them with 10 Bait and a Fishing Rod, just like the Fisherman. The player can give Celestial Fish to the Celestial Fisherman for Summer Tokens (previously gave the player Celestial Tokens) The player can obtain the Celestial Shell Rod from the Celestial Fisherman after giving him 100 Celestial Fish and 500 Celestial Tokens (The player need to have a shell rod beforehand).
