Quest

The quest can only be started if the player is Lv. 1800 or above. The Citizen's quest is required to be completed in order to access Instinct V2 as they make a fruit bowl using the fruit that the player collected for the Hungry Man Quest. The player must obtain the Musketeer Hat. Doing so also provides the title., The wall is directly in front of the entrance to the Mansion behind the three mushrooms. You can get in by breaking the wall or by using Flash Step.

Dialogue

If the player is not above Lv. 1800, the Citizen will respond with "The town is being attacked!" If the player has found the Musketeer Hat, the Citizen will say: "Thanks. Enjoy your reward! Let me know if you ever need help with anything, I am a well known chef around this area."

Notes

It is recommended to use a 2x XP code when killing 50 Forest Pirates to get a massive amount of XP. The Citizen's quest is a one-time quest, just like the Colosseum quest. Server hopping for the Captain Elephant is recommended, as the Citizen's quest will not reset after doing so.
