Location

The Chef is located in the Pirate Village, outside the yellow house in front of the Brutes.

Behavior

The Chef uses the Cutlass as his M1s, along with the Blade fruit, utilizing its and move. The Chef is also immune to swords attacks, but only at a 25% chance so he is not too impossible for sword mains. Generally, he is easier to defeat using a Blox Fruit or a fighting style.

Tips & Tricks

One method to defeat the Chef is to try to perform the "Hit and Run". It consists of the player dodging an attack, landing an M1, and dashing away before it reacts and hits them. If done correctly and efficiently, the player should be able to consistently land hits on the boss without it hitting them. (Note: the player should make sure to not run out of energy, otherwise they won't be able to dodge). Another way to defeat the Chef is to knock him/lure him into the house which he stands on, then quickly dash to the side of the house. If done correctly, the Chef will press up against the wall and won't be able to effect you with his attacks as long as you stay a distance away from the wall. Then, use ranged AoE moves to hit him through the wall. The boss will take damage, but won't be able to hit the player.

Strategy

Inside the building in which the Chef spawns, there is a golden chest. This is the only boss that uses its fruit's reworked counterpart.
