Bobby had a clown nose with blue hair, a cross-bone tattoo across his face with two scars cutting through each eye, an orange pirate hat with black shoes, some white pants with a blue belt and a green and white striped shirt with red gloves. He also wore a red scarf around his neck bearing a green gem bordered with yellow casing.

Bobby was located in the Pirate Village, right in the house with the white stairs that has a Chests inside.
Behavior
Bobby used the Cutlass as his primary weapon, dealing 60.1 damage per hit, along with the Chop fruit, utilizing its move. He is also immune to swords attacks, but only at a 25% chance.
Tips & Tricks
One method to defeat Bobby was to try to perform the "Hit and Run". It consists of the player dodging an attack, landing an M1, and dashing away before it reacts and hits them. If done correctly and efficiently, the player should be able to consistently land hits on the boss without it hitting them. (Note: the player should make sure to not run out of energy, otherwise they won't be able to dodge). Another strategy to defeat Bobby is by simply going behind the wall of his house and hit him until he is defeated (he can still damage the player with Air Slash and Dance though). Another method is to jump on a building and spam attacks. He can still use Air Slash but the player should still have enough time to regenerate their health before he could use Air Slash on them again. However, the most effective strategy is to hit him, quickly go inside of the building where he spawns, and hit him through the walls. He can still use Air Slash on the player, but like the "Top of the building" strategy, the player would have enough time to regenerate their health. The player can also get him stuck on the ledge with the railing behind the diamond chest, and then spam long-ranged attacks while being out of range of his moves. A good tactic to defeat Bobby is to take advantage of his large hitbox. The player can easily land long-ranged attacks and the further they are away from him, the easier it will be to dodge the Air Slash. Fighting Styles are quite effective at close range.
Patch history
Inside the building in which he spawned, there is a Golden Chest. Bobby was one of the three bosses that use unavailable skills from unavailable fruits, with the others being Stone and Kilo Admiral. In Update 1, Bobby's name used to be 'Bobby the Clown' but was later changed for copyright reasons.
