Overview
The Legendary Sword Dealer is a shop NPC that can spawn in Second Sea. After one obtains all three of the Swords that this NPC sells, and getting all of said Swords to Mastery level 300, the player can combine the three swords to make the True Triple Katana by going on the very top of the green zone, there you will find the Mysterious Man that will combine all 3 swords for

Appearance
The Legendary Sword Dealer wears a formal, all-black outfit consisting of a sleek suit jacket with matching trousers, paired with a crisp white shirt and a black tie. Completing the look is a classic black fedora, giving the character a sharp, mysterious, and elegant appearance.
Spawning
The Legendary Sword Dealer only spawns at a certain interval, which can be checked by interacting with the Manager after completing the Colosseum Quest. The Manager will give the player a different dialogue depending on how much time is left before the dealer spawns. Shop Every time the Legendary Sword Dealer spawns, one of the following swords can be purchased for 2,000,000
Dialogue
"You found me!" upon interaction. "Gone." if the player already owns all three swords.
Patch history
The legendary Sword Dealer rotates between locations, so unless you server hop he will not spawn in the same place back to back. Once the player has all three legendary Swords, the "Gone." dialogue will trigger when spoken to. The player can purchase a legendary Sword at any time, they only need Manager to tell when the Legendary Sword Dealer spawns. This means that the player can collect all three Swords without using Manager. This may waste time, though it can be a better option as sometimes one might miss the Legendary Sword Dealer while waiting on the Manager. Legendary Sword Dealer bears a resemblance to the old version of Blox Fruits Dealer Cousin. Portal is highly recommended for searching for Legendary Sword Dealer, due to its move, which allows for a quick teleport. Light is an excellent alternative. As well as Rabbit race and Pilot Helmet. Without one of these, searching for Legendary Sword Dealer can be troublesome. The Manager will say, "Meh, he left not too long ago." when a private server is first joined by a player. After three hours, the NPC will reply with its 3rd dialogue (A man in here...), which means that the Legendary Sword Dealer will be spawning after around an hour and 15 minutes, hence it takes around 4 hours and 15 minutes for the NPC to spawn in a fresh/new server.
