The Manager can be found standing behind the counter at The Café, located in the Second Sea.

Purpose

The Manager's sole purpose is telling the player about the current state of the Legendary Sword Dealer.

Dialogue

The Legendary Sword Dealer only spawns at a certain interval which can be checked by talking to the Manager. The Manager will give the player different dialogues depending on how much time is left before the dealer spawns. Each of the Manager's dialogues are stated down below. Please note that these timings are estimated timings and are not exact under any circumstances. They may vary within 15 minutes.

Tips

Server hopping is recommended until reaching the message "I think he should be getting here soon..", which indicates there is 15 minutes left or less. The player will lose 10 minutes every time they hop, but statistically, this will be favorable. This is because the whole cycle takes 5 hours and 15 minutes. The player has roughly a chance of one out of four to find the state above in a random server. There's a 44% chance of finding a server in the third dialogue after two hops, 58% after three hops, and 69% after four hops. Every hop takes 10 minutes of waiting, so considering starting with a 3-hour wait, the player has at least nine hops before wasting time. More than nine hops to find a server in this state carries a risk of 7.5%. If the server is in the second dialogue "Some pirates say.," the player will still benefit from hopping as this will be beneficial in roughly 7 out of 10 cases. Finding a server with no exploiters is recommended because an exploiter can automatically buy a sword from the Legendary Sword Dealer, thus, despawning the Legendary Sword Dealer. Look in the Legendary Sword Dealer spawns before checking with the Manager when server hopping, as the dealer may have already spawned. Asking people in the Café may not be recommended even though they may have been in the server for at least 10 minutes because those who are also trying to get the Legendary Sword Dealer may state a different dialogue so that others will server hop, and they can get the sword easier.
