The Luxury Boat Dealer was an NPC that could be found on the docks of most Islands. It served as the upgraded version of the Boat Dealer, selling more advanced boats that must be unlocked with Fragments, Gamepasses, or Materials.

Trivia
To complete the 1st trial of the Tushita scroll (Docks Legend) you need to talk to 3 different Boat Dealers or Luxury Boat Dealers in three different islands and select 'Pardon me' when on the last page of boats.
