Overview
The Boat Dealers are critical Shop NPCs in the game, making it possible to travel the open sea quickly, and are an important part in the first trial of the Tushita Scroll, which is a part of the Cursed Dual Katana puzzle. They are on every island except Jean-Luc Island, Cave Island and Remote Island.

Boats
Dinghy - Free Sloop - 300 for Pirates, and150 for Marines. Brigade- 1,000 for Pirates, and 600 for Marines. Grand Brigade - 4,000 for Pirates, and2000 for Marines. (100,000 Bounty and over required, have killed at least one Pirate or Marine).
Notes
There is a variation of the boat dealer called the Marines Boat Dealer who sells much faster and cheaper boats, they can be found on both Marine Starter and Marine Fortress.
Trivia
To complete the 1st trial of the Tushita scroll (Docks Legend) you need to talk to 3 different Boat Dealers or Luxury Boat Dealers in three different islands and select 'Pardon me' when on the last page of boats.
