The Marine Starter is the starting island for new players who choose the Marines team and is one of the three non-PvP/Safe Zone areas in the First Sea. Players who join the Pirates team will spawn on the Pirate Starter island.

Appearance
The Marine Starter is a multi-level island. It has a dock at the front that leads up to the first level, which features a long street. The next level contains a field where Trainees can be found, along with a quest giver and several houses. At the back of the island are three large stone towers with staircases wrapping around them. Every tower has cannons on top, and the left-most one also displays a black flag. The port of Marine Starter is medium-sized, with two docks that can accommodate two ships at a time. It is located on the southeastern end of the island.
Trivia
The Marine Starter features wanted posters, allowing Marines to easily collect them. Like the Pirate Starter island, the Pirate Recruiter is placed in an partially hidden location, likely to avoid being seen by Marines. Ironically, the Marine Starter displays a black flag on the left tower—a symbol commonly associated with pirates—even though it is a military establishment. The marine starter offer 2 silver chests and 1 gold chest. Returning to/joining a friend in the First Sea from the Second Sea or Third Sea as a Marine will teleport the player over to Marine Starter. If the player hasn't been to the first sea in some time it will be set as home point if the player chooses Marine.
