The North Pole is a special Christmas Event island in the game that can be found in the First,Second, and Third seas, well, in Sea of Treats, the island is permanently there (even named North Pole), just without the Christmas Event NPCs if the event hasn’t started.
How to get it
The North Pole is located next to the Frozen Village in the First Sea. Simply go to the Frozen Village, and look to the right of the Frozen Village. The player will find it there if the Christmas Event is on.

Location
The North Pole is located next to the Frozen Village in the First Sea. Simply go to the Frozen Village, and look to the right of the Frozen Village. The player will find it there if the Christmas Event is on. The North Pole is near the Cursed Ship in the Second Sea. The player has to look at the direction of Kingdom of Rose from the Cursed Ship, and then look to their right. The player will find it there if the Christmas event is on. The North Pole is the Candy Cane sub-island located in Sea of Treats. This island stays in the Third Sea even if the Christmas Event is over.
Event
The Presents Event is an event that occurs every 2 hours(the time is XX:00(UTC),with XX is an odd number,example 5:00PM) which gives away fruits for free. During this event, a massive gift will land on the center of the island, which will later open automatically, and release a gift for everyone that is on the center of the island. Note that the user can only pick up a certain gift from this event. The event will also send 4 different messages throughout the system before the countdown reached 00:00.
Notes
The Candy Cane Land is still and will always be in the Third Sea even if the Christmas event is over, as it is an important island that contains enemies for players to level up on. The countdown for the presents is the same in all servers. Portal's ability cannot teleport here.
