Overview
Mr. Captain is located at the docks of the Green Zone, to the right of the Bridge that connects the Kingdom of Rose to the Green Zone.

Usage
The player must be at least Lv. 1500 and have completed King Red Head's quest to access this NPC. If the player has not met these requirements, Mr. Captain will display the dialogue: "Keep it moving." After completing King Red Head's mission, Mr. Captain can teleport the player to the Third Sea.
Trivia
A glitch can occur in which Mr. Captain says "Sorry, something came up. Can't do that right now." but if the player leaves and rejoins the game, they will get teleported to Third Sea instead of staying in Second Sea. Mr. Captain also says it when the Second or Third Sea is closed by the owner of a private server (depends on what sea they're in). Mr. Captain will not teleport the player to the Third Sea while in Combat. An inconsistency is that Mr. Captain leads the player to the Third Sea, but the Experienced Captain leads them back to the Second Sea.
