Location
The Sealed King can be found behind rip_indra's building on Castle on the Sea, where there is a big tombstone.
Patch history
The dialogue seen above, "Good morning bro, I'm at Temple of Time right now, WSG?" is no longer what Sealed King says, as of the Christmas Update on 12/25/22. Strangely, for those who obtained the Blue Gear, they reverted the Sealed King dialogue back to "That place may hold the key...the light of a full moon." Despite this, those who finished the step can still pull the lever. There is currently no specific information about whether the Sealed King has escaped from his mental prison. He could possibly be hiding at the Temple of Time and the Ancient One is his incarnation. The Sealed King has no character model, similar to the Mysterious Force and the Weird Machine.
