Trevor is an NPC in the Second Sea. He can be found inside of Don Swan's Mansion, near the pool. He is a key NPC to gaining access to Don Swan.

Patch history
To give Trevor a fruit, the player must unstore the fruit and talk to him. Defeating Don Swan is necessary for obtaining the V3 stage of a Race. Trevor is a key part of accessing the Third Sea, as the player will have needed to defeat Don Swan. It is recommended to give Quake due to it being one of the most common fruits above 1,000,000. Despite Trevor 'requiring' a 1,000,000 value fruit, he accepts Meme, a fruit that only costs 1. This suggests that rather than actually requiring the set amount, in reality Trevor only accepts Legendary and Mythical rarity fruits.
