Appearance
The icon appears as a stereotypical mellow-yellow clown horn with a red rubber handle. The yellow section of the clown horn seems to be plastic or metal, as it is shiny.
Strategies
Pairing Clown Horn with grants the player a permanent 10% Walk and Run Speed, making this combination work best on Toons with 3 Movement Speed, Toons who need to prioritize Run Speed, but can also benefit from some Walk Speed. However, this combination is not always ideal, as there are better options that don't waste the two Trinket slots. If you plan on distracting with this Trinket combo, however, you might want to pick a better pair, such as and. Compared to Clown Horn and Ribbon Spool, it's slightly better than it, as you get 15.5% Walk Speed as opposed to just 10%. Because you will not always be sprinting, the 10% Run Speed is less useful compared to the 5.5% extra Walk Speed. Pairing up with Dog Plush grants the player 21% Walk Speed, which allows, and (during Blackouts) to slightly outwalk (by 0.1 to 1.2 units). Having two Pebbles, one with Dog Plush/Clown Horn and one with Dog Plush/Ribbon Spool, and having them alternate between distracting makes for a great strategy. On odd Floors, the Dog Plush/Clown Horn Pebble can distract and vice-versa. This is usually called duo distracting. Either of the aforementioned Trinket combos can be very useful on 3 star Movement Speed distractors as their walk speed will be increased to 18.15 units, though this comes at the cost of only having 16.5 units during the other half of the floors. Duo distracting or very high skill is required, it is not recommended to do this unless you have experience distracting various Twisteds in various scenarios.
