Hanami is one of the various event maps in Evade. It was released on May 4th, 2026 after the Evade x Strange Things: Tales from '85. It was created by jstified.

Hanami is a large japanese-themed park with cherry blossom trees, water canals and large buildings, similar to one from Hokkaido. This map has similarities with Imperial Palace, since both made in almost the same style.

Update History

May 4th, 2026 Added Hanami. May 19th, 2026 Removed Hanami from public servers, however it's still playable though VIP Server Panel or Force Next Map product.

Trivia

The map is inspired by a real-life location called Arakurayama Sengen Park in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. Additionally, the river in the map is inspired by the Meguro River in Tokyo, Japan. The map name is derived from the name of the Japanese traditional custom: hanami (cherry blossom viewing). Hanami is a fourth map, that based on Japanese culture, the first one is Kyoto, the second one is Imperial Palace, the third one is Hokkaido. This is one of the few maps, whose location is known. The soundtrack, that playing in this map is called Sakura in the Evening Mist.
