None (Current) Indoor Courtyard (also know as Level 188) is one of the various maps in Evade. It was released on February 14th, 2023 within the Valentines Event Update, temporary removed in the Overhaul update on October 13th, 2024 and re-added with sightly updated design on December 26th, 2024 within the Winter Holidays update. It was created by krysxvns. This map is based on gm_liminal_hotel from Garry's Mod and Level 188 of The Backrooms.
Indoor Courtyard resembles an apartment block, or a hotel, with the ground floor resembling a large courtyard area. The whole map is surrounded by walls and has a roof with windows which covers the whole map. On the ground floor, there are many trees, which are surrounded by hedges/bushes, and pathways which have bins and benches around the edges. There are also rooms on the ground floor which have chairs lined up against the wall. Pretty much every other floor except the ground floor has a balcony overlooking it. These floors feature lights, furnishing, and even rooms with beds in them. There is also an elevator which you can fall down to the ground floor and one rope ladder, which allows you to go up from the courtyard to the second floor.

February 14th, 2023 Valentines Event Update Added Indoor Courtyard. November 1st, 2023 Halloween 2023 Removed Indoor Courtyard. Returned to the game in the same day. October 13th, 2024 Overhaul Indoor Courtyard temporary removed. December 26th, 2024 Winter Holidays Indoor Courtyard reworked and re-added. Removed objective with generator. Removed small building outside the map.
Patch history
Indoor Courtyard based of by a real hotel called Holiday Inn London Heathrow T4. It is also popularly known for being the inspiration for the Level 188 of the Backrooms. In legacy version outside the map you can find small building. It can also be seen directly from the almost every connected floor. It was removed on October 13th, 2024 in the Overhaul update, however it still remains in Legacy. In legacy version under the map you can find a elevator, almost the same model of elevator is used in current version of the map. Similar to the building outside the map, it was removed on October 13th, 2024 in the Overhaul update. This is one of the few maps whose location is known.
