Jungle is one of the various maps in Evade. It was released on September 24th, 2022 within the An Unusual Update and reworked on October 13th, 2024 within the Overhaul update. It was created by wlfguy3. This map was submitted by wlfguy3 for An Unusual Update, but originally this map was called Aztec Jungle. It's appearance was inspired by the Templo Mayor in Tenochtitlan, capital of the former Aztec Empire, and it is located in modern-day Mexico and a Mayan Empire and their complex of pyramids on the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.

Appearance
Jungle received a new design in the Overhaul update, becoming much larger and more detailed than its previous version. The pyramid-shaped structure in the center of the map now has an central entrance to a small room with torches. The spot where a golden Bobo plushie once stood has been replaced with another stone statue. The map also has more decorations such as more vegetation, more trees, and small ruins. Jungle also received places with swimmable water and a section inside a large temple. Also in one of the ancient ruins secret room was added (see gallery). Before the October 20th, 2024, there is a massive labyrinth built inside a volcano near the city’s outskirts. Inside the labyrinth, there are multiple holes on the floor that leak lava but deals no damage. A giant banana Zed is located in the centre of the labyrinth. There is even a small rainbow near one of the exits of the labyrinth. Other unique features include bones belonging to an unknown creature scattered around the map and a unique flower just beyond the city's outskirts. This map has rainy weather, that similar to Drab. Jungle is located in a dense forest, it periodically rains in Jungle, and it contains a river that joins a waterfall with a small pound close by. At the base of the temple lies various other structures that suggests the temple was apart of a much larger developed ancient city. Among the structures still visible, a large over arching structure which lines the edge of the city's parameter. A water well which indicates access to irrigation.

Patch history
This is one of the few maps whose location is known. In overhauled version of Jungle a secret room has been added, inside of which you can find a flower of lotus, several vases, stone fireplace and stone stand with purple fire. Most likely it's a reference to old objective on legacy Arid Ruins before the Overhaul update.
