Terror Hotel

Terror Hotel (also know as Level 5) is one of the various maps in Evade. It was released on February 14th, 2023 within the Valentines Event Update, temporary removed on May 20th, 2024 and re-added with new design on October 13th, 2024 within the Overhaul update. It was created by Laabyu and siqker and reworked by SnailCirculation and MontiCats. It's appearance was inspired by the Level 5 of the backrooms.

Terror Hotel was completely reworked and re-added with the release of the Overhaul update, featuring a larger and more decorated map with several plants and more luxury decorations like candles or chandeliers. The main door of the map is blocked by some items with a note in one of them saying "Why do you want to leave?". In one area of the map there is a dining room and there are also several paintings and in some doors or windows we can find Smilers faces watching the players. This map has also an underground section full of pipes, valves and some working elevators. Terror Hotel is a large, luxurious hotel with several floors and rooms such as a dining room with several tables or living rooms. The map is filled with hallways with various decorations such as paintings, plants, candles, chandeliers, boxes, luggage and lamps as well as some mirrors. The map also has an underground section filled with pipes. The map makes the player feel a strange sensation due to the large and empty hotel and the accompanying music, which gives the feeling that you should not be there/or you are not alone there.
