-25% speed boost; Armed with Silenced Pistol (Normal variant); Have variants (Private server exclusive); Rebellion; Defect Rebel (Cosmetic item and separate lore character); Opposition The Rebel are special AI's that attempt to gun players down in Evade. They were added on September 24th, 2022 in An Unusual Update. They spawn in special round, Incursion (former known as Military Incursion in Legacy) and the removed one, Armed Incursion that was formerly can be selected on the VIP Server Panel, which gave players weapons to shoot in Rebel's. These enemies may be categorized as not being nextbots, as they have a humanoid rig.

Tactics
The best tactic for surviving against insurgents is to camp on tall buildings or in places where the rebels and their weapons cannot reach. Examples of such places are buildings in Winter City, Nemo's Rest, Neighborhood, Construct, Construction Site. Also, the Barriers and Landmines effectively stop the rebels.

September 24th, 2022 An Unusual Update Added Rebel. September 29th, 2023 The Rebels' AI has been broken and cannot rotate on the player due to a Roblox Humanoid Update. October 13th, 2024 Overhaul Fixed their AI being broken, and made them hit players with weapons. April 7th, 2025 Added new design for rebel. Added variants. Added new weapons for rebels (for variants). Hostile to other variants due to old fragment of code from 2024. August 29th, 2025 Evade x Forsaken Update Reworked rebel model. Partially updated AI.
Patch history
The Rebel's are one of the few damage sources that do not immediately kill you, another way being to jump into the ice in the map Icebreaker, the lava in Scorching Outpost and the water in Icebreaker, Crossroads and other maps, that have water. Although Rebels are very slow, they have many clones of himself whenever spawned and take off 25% of health whenever a player gets near them. Even if the player is the imposter, the Rebels are still hostile to the players, and even if it isn't the Armed Incursion special round. There is a cosmetic of the Rebel in the daily store but it is a blue version that is simply called Defect Rebel. The quote "The UEC isn't here to save you now..." is a reference to Tower Blitz, a tower defense game created by Hexagon Development Community or meant that the UEC is not here to save you from rebels, the UEC plane crash on Mayday probably caused by said rebels in newspaper in order to steal cargo from the plane. The UEC stands for United Earth Command, which is the players' and towers' faction in Tower Blitz, who are protect the earth from invaders. As of October 13th, 2024, their AI was eventually fixed during the Overhaul update, they can now turn in different directions. The Rebels and the Trooper's are the first AI's in the game. Rebels are the one of the slowest AI's in the game. After the Overhaul update, rebel's can be stopped with Landmine's The rebel's are also hostile to the Decoy AI. After the Overhaul update, rebels can speak if they see a player in front of them.
