Bloop Fish is a known catch in Fisch, found around The Ocean — sells for about 3 C$ per kg.
The Bloop Fish is a fish which is obtainable through Admin Events such as the Bloop Fish Event or PURE CHAOS, naturally spawning, or by using the Bloop Whistle. It makes for an extremely hard catch, applying -97% Locked Progress Speed when reeling it in, as well as turning the control bar silver. When hooked, a pops above the player's head, and a bell sound is played - as with all fish.

Obtainment
"Several Baby Bloop Fish have been spotted past (location)! [Catch as many as you can to summon a Bloop Fish!]" Baby Bloop Fish hunts can be spawned by Disturbance or a Bloop Whistle (or naturally). The Baby Bloop Fish hunt will last 10 minutes or until enough Baby Bloop Fish have been caught. Then, a message will appear: An enraged Bloop Fish has emerged! [Be the first and only to catch it!] The Bloop Fish hunt will appear at the Baby Bloop Fish hunt's original area and lasts 30 minutes, or until one is caught.
Notes
The passives from the Seraphic Rod and Astralhook Rod can catch this much more easily, when using the Enchantments Piercing,Overclocked or Chaotic. You can use the Bloop Whistle to spawn a Bloop Fish hunt, or they can rarely spawn naturally. The Bloop hunt ends when either a Bloop Fish is caught or 10 minutes have passed since the start of the Bloop Hunt.

The bar refills as the user is actively gaining progress The bar starts to deplete when either occurs: Every fish movement While the user is actively losing progress. Once it's fully diminished, 40% of the current progress is instantly lost Control bar is shrunk for 3s Control bar is flung to the left or right Control bar is unresponsive for 3s Progress gain is reduced by 15% After 3s has passed, the red bar fills 50%.

Before the release of Admin Events, the Bloop Fish was introduced prior to the upcoming Trading Update on 7th June, 2025. And it used to spawn every hour at a pool near the Challenge Giver NPC, while having a global stock of 1000. It also appeared during the Personal Aquarium Update on August 2nd, and August 4th, 2025 during Admin Events, where it could spawn anywhere on the map. The Bloop Fish was the first ever fish that had a progress speed reduction more than -95% in First Sea This fish has one of the highest base weights in the game except for Admin Events fishes and by far is the longest fish that is longer than some of the islands
