Overview[1]
Corrupted Megalodon is a Special fish found in any body of water during the CORRUPTION Admin Event.
The Corrupted Megalodon is a Special fish that can only be obtained during the "CORRUPTION" admin event. It is an exceptionally challenging catch, moving unpredictably across the bar. When attempting to reel it in, a -98% locked progress speed is applied, significantly reducing catch efficiency. When hooked, an exclamation iconwill pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.

Notes
The Corrupted Megalodon cannot be appraised through standard means, but it can be evaluated using the Treasure Appraiser. As with all admin event fish, it cannot be caught while wearing the Noise-Cancelling Headphones accessory.

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its average sale price in C$ at average weight. A rod's value is its listed C$ price, which may be only one part of a crafting requirement. These are game reference figures, not trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
