The Dr. Ishmael is a Special fish located during the MADNESS, MEGA MAYHEM and Tentacles admin events. Due to it's rarity, it makes for an easy catch, moving slowly moderately the bar. When reeling it in, +100% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.
