Obtainment
It can be obtained through four ways: Bought from the FischFright travelling merchant for 2,000 Candy Candy Fished up at the event area Trick-or-Treat, at a low chance. From the Witch, at 15 ingredients.
Usage
When used, it gives the Frightful enchant, which gives the rod: 10% chance to apply the Frightful mutation +50% Progress Speed -20%
